All bundles & colour services require a length surcharge in addition to your selected service, to ensure your appointment is fully customised to you. Additional surcharges or required services may apply depending on your hair needs, and we can provide a full personalised quote upon arrival to your booking.

A deposit is required to secure your booking, with a payment request sent via text. We kindly ask for 24 hours’ notice for any changes or cancellations. Cancellations or no-shows within 24 hours will result in the loss of your deposit or a cancellation fee to help cover our time, as this is reserved especially for you.

A 20% surcharge applies to Saturday appointments. Gift cards hold monetary value and are valid for three years.
